Microsoft and Yahoo Linking IM Networks

If you're an MSN Messenger user and you have contacts who are only Yahoo Messenger users, you will soon be able to communicate with them using either client! Microsoft and Yahoo are linking their instant messaging networks. Good news? It is for me, as I have relatives who use Yahoo, but I myself am not a fan of the Yahoo Messenger client. Speaking of IM clients, I have noticed that Google Talk updates itself on a regular basis without permission. I have used Google Talk only minimally since I only have about two contacts (which are never online) and it still doesn't have very many features. (Source: BetaNews)
