Even though I do not own an iPod, I consider the iTunes Music Store one of the best around. It is usually very easy to find what I'm looking for, and it seems to just work. However, tonight, I had an awful experience. I'm not sure if they are having some system trouble, but for some reason, as I'm searching, I repeatedly get the following error:
The last time I checked my "network settings are correct" and I know my "network connection is active". It seems that whenever I searched for an artist or song that iTunes didn't have (such as "Sound-Dust"), it would give me this error. Also anything with quotation marks or apostrophes would trigger this error. Maybe it's just me.
