My Social Networking Flowchart

Lately I've been trying to determine the best flow for my social networking tools.  Typically I generate content from Twitter (for public, short blurbs) and this blog (for more detailed posts), Facebook (for private, short blurbs), and comments on Google Reader. I only use Buzz to reply to my circle of friends who reply to my Google Reader Shared items. Here is a diagram that shows how content flows and replicates from one service to another. I'm open to suggestions on how to make it more efficient or simple.
