Google Testing WiFi Access
Always on the forefront, Google is testing free WiFi access at two locations in California. The rumors have been going around for a while, but now we finally see Google taking steps to push into this new area of technology. They released a new app called Google Secure Access which allows wireless users to establish a secure connection to their wireless service. While Google describes the use of such an application as a means to secure wireless connectivity, one can only imagine that this application could be used to deliver advertising. (Source: BetaNews)
